Hien Vo is an Associate at Hanoi Office of IPMAX Law Firm. She handles availability searches, applications for registrations, responses to office actions, oppositions, renewals and assignments for different types of intellectual property rights with a focus on trademarks. She also advises clients on copyright protection at the Copyright Office of Vietnam (COV). Hien works closely with the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam) and the COV on a daily basis to prosecute registration applications and related matters.
