The historical flood recently occurred in Thailand has been the worst natural disaster that ever happened in this country during the past 50 years, causing direct serious consequences to all aspects of economic and social lives of Thailand in general and applicants who file industrial property applications in particular.
Pursuant to Article 3 and Article 61 of the Civil Code, and in accordance with the practice of applying regulations of the law in Vietnam, The National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam officially notify of the application of regulations concerning the time limit of the applications filed by the applicants who suffered from the floods in Thailand as belows:
Recipients: - Leaders of the Ministry (to report); - Leaders of the NOIP; - Intellectual property agents; - Divisions in the NOIP (to implement); - Information center (to upload to the website); - For archives |
